Onja is in Toamasina, a lively city with beautiful beaches, nice restaurants and plenty to do and see. Toamasina is Madagascar's second-largest city (population 300,000) yet is surrounded by plenty of natural beauty and even has a national park nearby.
About the role
Your mission as a Speech specialist is to ensure our students acquire the RP accent, an essential skill for their professional success. Two of the major tasks within this role include: course preparation and one-on-one interactions with the students.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, building and improving the speech course: the syllabus, progress tracking and assessment systems
- Producing the materials needed in delivering the course: lessons and exercises mostly in the form of videos, audios and books, flashcards etc
- Regularly assessing students’ speech, in order to give feedback and recommendations and to track their progress
- Efficiently tracking students’ progress in terms of speech performance
- Helping current developers with their speech: leading speech training sessions, guaranteeing regular assessments and feedback
- Use of RP accent
- Communication and problem-solving skills
